Delivery Information

Delivery Within the UK     
  • Stock permitting all UK orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (except weekends and Bank Holidays).
  • FREE Delivery  - Orders are normally dispatched via DPD Couriers on a Next Working Day Delivery Service (receipt usually next working day).
  • Please supply your email address & contact mobile telephone number & the courier company will send a SMS Text to confirm your one hour delivery slot. If no mobile contact number is supplied then they will send an email.
  • Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland - Some parcels will be dispatched by Royal Mail to Scottish Highlands, Islands and other Selected Postcodes through the UK..

Delivery Within Europe

  • All orders sent to the EU will be charged at £9.95.
  • Stock permitting all EU orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (except weekends and Bank Holidays).
  • All orders to France, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany & the Netherlands will be despatched with our DPD Couriers usually on a 2-3 working day service.
  • We despatch all other EU orders by International Signed For (receipt within 4-7 working days). Please note that additional postage may be charged should the parcel be large/heavy or include more than one pair of shoes, particularly in the sale. You will be notified once you have placed your order and prior to despatch.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import duties or taxes.

Delivery to the Rest of the World, USA & Canada

  • All orders sent to the Rest of the World, USA & Canada will be charged at £14.95.
  • Stock permitting all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (except weekends and Bank Holidays).
  • We despatch all Rest of the World orders by International Signed For (receipt within 7-10 working days). Please note that additional postage may be charged should the parcel be large/heavy or include more than one pair of shoes, particularly in the sale. You will be notified once you have placed your order and prior to despatch.
  • It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import duties or taxes.
  • Deliveries to some countries like Russia may take longer due to the customs checks.
  • Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 30 working days for overseas orders. Please be aware that customs may delay the delivery of the items which is out of our control.


On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by email. If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by phone or email. If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your original method of payment. On orders greater than 1 item, goods may be despatched in multiple packets.

 Whilst we offer a competative delivery service, we leave the postage cost of returns down to you. Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be ’box fresh’ i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our store.
